UPPER CASE LIVING VINYL DECOR PARTY

I am having an Upper Case Living Party. It is June 3rd at 7:00 pm. When Becky had her party i ignored her emails, thinking i already had all the vinyls i need. On the day of her show i reluctantly opened the email up and much to my surprise. I LOVED THEM!!!!!! Someone with some real design sense created these. They are so cute.

TO DYE OR NOT TO DYE

Guy always tells me not to dye my hair. He likes it natural. (WIERD) (it hasn't been natural really since i have known him 20 plus years) i finally dyed it again after my regrowth had reached epic proportions. I decided i didn't want to look like a 60 to 90 year old woman before i really need to. And since i am so wrinkly (according to ERIN) Maybe dyeing my hair is the only way to ward off the years. COMMENTS ANYONE?????????????????????

WILD AND CRAZY WEEK END

Thursday Guy got home from Georgia. He had a pretty good time. Since he is such a social butterfly he is glad to be home and sleep in his own bed (airmatress) hahahha

We had camp kickoff thursday night. It went really well. The drill sargent theme went over big.

Sunday we went with the McDermaid side of the family to Logan to put flowers on the graves. Brittany had to stop at the Hill Air Force Mus. for extra credit in History. We met the family at the cemetary. (logan brings back such fond memorys of me) I loved my time at school at USU. And i love the family history in Logan. After the cemetary we went to Adams park for Lunch. Caught up with the cousins (which is always fun). Then we headed for Jeanettes in Garland. A short 30 min from Logan for Family Home Evening. We had a great meal, good lesson and fun catching all sorts of critters. (Boring Aunt Lauras house only has potato bugs) Thanks JEANETTE AND BRAD. We even had a little show thanks to TRAVIS. :D

DAVID ARCHULETAS BIG DAY

I know this is a little late. But i had to post about David Archuleta. He did so so so good tuesday night. It brought me to tears. I can only imagine how he felt. Poor little lamb. Wednesday we decieded to joint the excitement at the Energy Solutions Arena. We heard on the radio that KBULL was giving a thousand dollars for the best sign or t-shirt. So we all clicked into action. Becky and Erin made really cute signs and I was going for size and K-Bull Name recognition. (mine was 5 poster boards long.) There were a lot of people their, including a mean lady (worked for american idol) that made me take the K-Bull part off my sign, made the kids not hold up their signs, sit down etc. But all in all we had a great time. If David Archuleta would have only won.

RANDOM THOUGHTS

Brittany is obsessed with taking pictures of her eyes. Arent they BEAUTIFUL. It always amazes me that her eyes were so so blue when she was a baby and now if anything they are HAZEL. Wierd.

OHHH!!! I love being in love with the man i have known for 20+ years. People talk about thier list of 5 people they can make out with (or whatever with) and thier spouse would be fine. I have never had a list like that. GUY IS IT FOR ME. I know i complain and make fun of Him. I love him so so much. When he ride his bike up sand mountain fast or wears hid baseball cap backwards. I feel like that teenage girl that fell head over hill in love with him.

Maybe i am being sappy cuz, he left for Georgia this morning. Brittany and i will have fun with out him. But i will miss him terribly.

Guy left for GEORGIA this morning at 8:30 a.m. we dropped him off at the airport at 6:30 a.m. He called us by 6:50 and was already checked in (we had heard hoar storys about how long check in and security) He did arrive noonish in Greorgia safe and sound.

The yardsale at Moms was very productive. I made $275.00 just for cleaning out the shed and Brittanys room. BONUS.

IDEA FOR GIRLS CAMP

This is a scripture book mark. The lighthouse is the theme for Girls Camp. (i colored shrinky dinks with colored pencils) The red bead represent R.E.D. READ EVERY DAY. (a theme we will introduce at Girls Camp) and the star at the end for Steadfast and Immovable. It looks so cute in the scriptures. I used fishing line for the string. Sorry the picture is so blurry.

I want to do a questionnaire like we did at my camp out a few years ago. I need help thinking of questions for it.
